We strive to provide our customers with the best possible service, but we understand that sometimes situations may arise where you need to cancel your subscription or request a refund. We have outlined our cancellation and refund policies below.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting the cancel subscription option. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will have access to the service until the end of your billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred.

Refund Policy:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at sonia@spacepulse.in. We may ask you to provide feedback regarding the reason for the refund request.

Please note that we do not provide refunds for renewals or subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for partial months of service, nor for any add-ons or additional services purchased.

We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation or refund policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically for any changes.
